10 Letter Limit for name customizations
*Please make sure the Name entered matches the "Number of Letters" selected.
If the name entered in the "Text" field goes over the option you selected for number of lettering, the name for this item will be partial to what is entered, and we will be unable to refund you for this item.
*Be sure to double check your “Name” choice field to ensue correct spelling.

Changes cannot be made after 24-48 hrs after the purchase has been submitted. Requests are sent to our manufacturer immediately to ensure the fastest completion and shipping possible.
We cannot guarantee updates on info after 24 hours from the time your order was submitted. Should you need to make any changes to item Font or Name, you must send email to hello@reinemonet.com and include “Change Request” and order number in the “Subject” field (ie: Change Request- 123456789)
